Merger of Compuprint S.r.l. in GLOBAL DISPLAY SOLUTION S.p.a.

Starting from 1st January 2022, it has been completed the operation of the merger by incorporation of Compuprint S.r.l. with a single shareholder in the sole shareholder company GLOBAL DISPLAY SOLUTION S.p.a. with registered office in Cornedo Vicentino (VI), Via Tezze 20/a - VAT and Fiscal code 0294018249 in the Vicenza Business Register under no. 02940180249 REA 286062.

The incorporating company takes over all the relationships, assets and liabilities, belonging to the incorporated company.
